The following cancellation and refund policies will help our customers understand our company rules and help them abide by our management for a stress-free travel experience.

Our cancellation and refund policies are

  • We primarily offer non-refundable flight tickets and hotel bookings to our customers on our website. Although a few airlines provide refundable tickets, customers can readily claim refunds against any cancellation for such airlines.
  • Our customers can use the credit refund amount from their previous cancellations. They can use it for future travel, but it only applies to the same airline within the mentioned time frame.
  • We can cancel the flight tickets only if the customer requests a cancellation with the customer service center before the flight departure. However, we don't provide any guarantee of booking cancellation and refund.
  • If applicable, customers who want to book flight tickets using their airline credit must pay the fare differences, penalty, and booking fee.
  • We are a flight-booking platform and do not offer any other representations for the fee we charge.
  • Our backend team provides support and guidance for planning, searching, and booking flights through our website to customers. We make your booking based on flight availability and other relevant factors, of which our team has complete expertise.
  • For a customer to receive their refund, if applicable, they must request a flight cancellation within 24 hours of booking.
  • Suppose a customer has yet to board the flight and informed our agents about the flight cancellation; the customers have a provision to avail of a trip protection refund within ten days of purchase.
  • Our travel company always permits the cancellation and refund requests placed by the traveler with a specific airline.
  • Suppose there is a 'No show' marked against any reservation. If the airline policies permit a refund against 'No Show,' the customer will receive the reimbursement without fail.
  • Our travel company does not guarantee specific timelines to approve cancellation and refund applications. Our approval methods include reviewing every cancellation and refund request in a serial order.
  • Our customers will receive an email notification whenever their cancellation request is accepted.
  • Accepting the cancellation request does not claim that you will get the refund automatically. Our team company will send your cancellation request to the concerned airline to begin the refund process according to their airline policies.
  • In every cancellation the customer makes, the service fee is non-refundable. We will deduct the exact amount charged during the original flight booking.
  • The airline decides to process the refund, which can take 60-90 days to complete. We calculate the processing duration from the date of placing the cancellation request.

Ultimately, we manage all the cancelation and refund policies according to the airfare rules and policies of the respective airline. As a travel company, we have no right to control them. Hence, we expect our passengers to cooperate with us in case of any inconvenience.
